Moonroof. I didn't think I'd like it when placing my order (and just wanted to save money), but wish I'd splurged

Since I don't have my truck yet, and going only by posts here on the forum, I probably would have purchased a lariat just for the upgraded infotainment system and maybe the push button start. But the price was more than I wanted to spend for that. I don't have push button now so I won't miss what a don't have. As far as the infotainment system, I did buy the wireless fob for android auto so my navigation will be on my screen like it is on my Escape.

All that being said, I really think I'm good with my XLT choice.

Eh, I’m pretty happy with my build - I mean knowing now what I didn’t know then I would have skipped the full size spare tire and spray in bed liner. Probably would have considered the hybrid more, or just gone with the FWD and 2.0 - still have no use for tow package but I decided to go for best resale options if I wasn’t totally satisfied with a sight-unseen purchase.

It doesn't matter. I haven't gotten the one I ordered yet anyways. Maybe by Christmas??

Gone with the hybrid instead of the 2.0. The trans was called a CVT and I didn't want that but later found out it was an eCVT and a lot better than the belt driven normal CVT.

Probably get Carbonized Grey as opposed to Iconic Silver. The paint chipping scared me away and I figured Silver would hide it better but man I love that grey

If could do it all over again I’d order from every dealer I could for Hybrid XL bare bones. Then receive them and resell instantly.

I'd change my dealer choice. At the time, Ford's own website directs you to the geographically closest dealer to you, never mentioning that dealer allocations were the #1 factor in your wait time provided you had no constraint items. XL EcoBoost w/o 360 and still waiting.

(I did recently get scheduled, the same week Ford "absolutely not quickly" pivoted to F.I.F.O. order ranking. How 'bout that...)
Agreed...this allocation bullshit is a poor way to do business... order should be first order first built

You will be fine. I’ve driven everything under the sun. I recommend not judging it for the first week. When first driving a hybrid there can be an adjustment period. I think you will love it after that.
Positive vibes :)

VB - XLT Hybrid - Co-Pilot, 12 volt Plug-in, SUNROOF, Hitch, after market SIBL - Zero changes.

Glad I did not get: Rear WIndow - too small to contribute anything except pollen.
Glad I did not get the luxury package...
So glad I went with the Hybrid...3,000 miles and total overall average is 43 mpg.
Favorite "glad I bought" are: Co-Pilot and Sunroof. Co-Pilot package is such a bargain.
