Dropped of the truck yesterday. Parts are in. Will keep you posted. Was given a rental car.
Got my truck back this evening with the new CVs. All covered under warranty
If either of you could post a picture of the invoice showing the new part number or the replacement part numbers would be nice.
Thank you

I just got my 22 back from dealer. They only ordered one axle (passenger side) and replaced it. Shudder still was there and they ordered the drivers side. They said should be here next day. They called me next day at 11:00 and said it was all done. That was incredible speed for the second axle, since the first one took two weeks to get.

I am really happy with my Maverick now, it drives like new. I didn't realize how bad it had gotten with the old axles.

Kudos to Germain Ford Beavercreek Ohio. They could have just replaced the one axle and called it good. Then let me go through the hassle of rescheduling/ordering parts again but they fixed it on the first shot. They even gave me a big ass Bronco as a loaner. Honestly I was glad to let them have that Bronco back! I am not tall and it was rolling on 35's and did not have a step, so I had to jump up to get in and slither to get out:)

No that would not be considered hybrid componentry just a CV axle covered under 5/60 drivetrain.
I would think an argument could be made because they are different from those on the EB and actually have an additional function of handling stresses from regenerative braking; unique to hybrids.

They don’t handle any additional force from regen braking. The same force is applied regardless of the source of braking.

They are different because the transmissions are different so they are different lengths (or were) and different splines for the connection.

I mean I think the bare minimum Ford should do is warranty all hybrid 2022-2024 CV axles for 10 yr 120k miles based on their extremely high rate of failure.

I am hopeful the HF55 and updated axles will solve the issue that has plagued the previous gen hybrids.
