With a hybrid, we're laughing all the way to the bank.

Yup!!!!
The rest look like masculine insecurity!

When and why did trucks have to get so big to impress people/traffic?

I would NEVER buy an F150, or trucks from Italians or GM.

I am SO excited that Ford made a “small” truck for those of us that really wanted it!

I get it that some folks think that they need big trucks. I don’t.

When you compare fuel economy (3 to 4 times better with a Maverick) and price (less than half the cost of a full sized truck), how can you go wrong with a Maverick?

The Company previously known as Chrysler is trying to catch up. GM is slow to react to anything, so it will be a while for them.

While there may be minor issues, Ford hit a “Home Run” with the Maverick, and I can’t wait to get my XLT Hybrid!

I tell people that my Maverick WAS an F-250, then I ran it thru a car wash.
Then you used the wrong temperature.
I've been told cold causes "shrinkage".

Can you actually leave a gas station with one of those over-sized “personal” trucks? They are stupid big, for no real reason.
If you were hauling 3-4 large people around on a regular basis, your "real reason" would become very obvious.... ;)

I kind of expect when the next generation full size trucks arrive, you'll be able to drive your Maverick up the ramp into the bed.
