Consider a auto transport company if you are ok with that option, that’s what I did

For me it’s going to cost upward $1000 or more to transport the Maverick from Granger to ATL. Flight their one way is about $300 plus other expenses could run up to about $600 or $700. That’s still much cheaper than $1000.

I got email Friday that my Mav was at Granger. It may be the Area 51 in the picture above. I am having a hard time finding a cheap flight. The closest airport is $458 for a one way flight. That just seems really high. The search continues.......

It's not a big airport, so I can't imagine great deals will be popping up

Must be whats holding mine up, I didnt want or select cp360 but would add it just to get the truck built and shipped. Some bad luck there, as cp360 used to be a constraint and now it looks like it gets you built

Mine is currently scheduled for 11/4. It has 4k tow and FX4 but no CP360. It originally had CP360 but I removed it in hopes of getting scheduled. Now that appears to have been a mistake. I wonder if my 11/4 date will stick?

I just eSigned everything. Plane tickets been purchased. I am traveling on Thursday Nov 10. That's the cheapest day I could find to fly. Ticket was $362.60.

Total trip flying will take me about 10 hrs with travel to the airport and layover. I could of rented a car and drove it for less money in 12 hrs.

All I can say is the Granger staff have been a class act. Every concern I have had about my truck so far has been addressed very courteously, and in a timely manner. The issues on my vehicle with the recall are in no way their fault. The dealer is essentially just the middle man in this transaction. It was a screw up by Ford Motor. I am sure Granger wished things went a bit smoother.

However things have gone very smoothly with other buyers picking up their trucks. I am so happy every time I hear one of the "Granger Rangers" on here getting their Mavericks, and even happier when I hear about your buying experiences with Granger. Even though I cannot take the vehicle home yet, the buying experiences people have talked about have made me happy that I made the right choice to choose Granger motors.

I have not lost the excitement. On the contrary it's been amped up a bit with the waiting. Especially knowing the truck is built and is there. And that I have a few pix of it. It almost feels like I'm a kid again waiting for Christmas. Still looking forward to the road trip fly n drive. Who knows, I might meet up with one of you fellow truck club members. Also gonna try out a Culvers on my way home.

Picked one of mine up today. As others have mentioned, the transaction was painless and flawless. Samantha helped me hook the truck up to the ford pass app and pair my phone to the truck. I was there maybe 10 minutes and on the road. Here’s a few picks I took, the top being mine. As I was pulling out, a transport pulled in with 4 mavericks.

? I believe the point of Granger not accepting new 2023 orders was to allow the 80 or so 2022 rollovers to be delivered. And I believe they already had 40 2023 allocations plus 4 new ones credited. This intel was explained by Zach.

Seems to me that if Ford can get their act together, there won't be any problem knocking these out by early spring.

The major issue are the hybrid orders.
