I *can* lock my keys in the car

I've been locked out once. My driver's door has locked but not the other 3, and I have had the doors lock when I get out with the keys inside. Had the window down that time! Weird stuff, and haven't touched the lock! Can't get the FordPass confirmation on my 13" screen! Tried many times to no avail!

try a full-reset in the settings on the screen and then fordpass again. if you can't get that to work then i'd be taking it back to the dealer for service. fordpass is far more useful than just starting and unlocking the vehicle.
