Hi @Ohio44890! How is the new AWD hybrid doing on your daily drives? What options did you end up with on your XLT?

It seems you got a Carbonized Grey Metallic 👍

It’s basically an XLT AWD with a drop in bedliner…. Nothing fancy
I’m definitely trying to see how good of mileage I can get from it but of course the more miles the better it will get. I’m currently still on my first tank of fuel from the dealership. I have 340 miles on the clock. Says I’m on pace for 570 miles on the tank. I drive mostly in a small town… very short trips. I do drive about 35 miles round trip to get groceries. It says I’m currently getting 39 mpg. It’s my first hybrid and so far I’m liking it a lot… just need to get use to it some more.
I did not like the continental tires on my Ecoboost… but I’m looking for max mileage right now so I’ll keep them on my hybrid

I do not like it always starts in Normal mode…should start in last used mode..also at start up the a/c is on

I put the letters on right a way…I think the black and red look sharp on the Carbonized Gray

Glad to hear you are liking the hybrid and are already seeing a boost in MPG figures. I'm not really tracking fuel economy on mine, from what I recall these don't get truly broken in for a while so I figure when I hit 5k miles maybe I'll track it.

I have been training myself to hypermile and get it to glide in electric mode around town as much as possible and the trip summary can be amusing, I have seen upwards of 60 MPG, with trips to the local grocery store (about 1.8 miles) showing 98-99 MPG at times.

Yes I’m trying to that as well. I have heard break in is around 4k mark.. it will take me a year to get there. Real short drives I have gotten in the 60’s mpg range…long drive for me is around 35 round trip … I have been in the mid to low 40’s driving that

It’s definitely a learning process… but then the ice is cold so it turns on to warm itself up
