Yeah (and that is good advice) but did you see my latest problem? lol I say this laughing because I donāt want to be angry.I would call the dealer and not so much as complain but point out how this is not good customer service. The dealers have a director of customer satisfaction (or similar title). When I picked up my truck from a recall the rear seat was up and the 12v battery cover left off. Texted my service rep and politely pointed out their lack of service. Got a call from their director of customer satisfaction and she was very apologetic and insisted on compensating me in any way. I was impressed.
