I got a 2200 watt peak 1800 watt run Ryobi mini generator. Had it for years. It could run my 6,000 btu window A/C unit in my mini camper for six hours and forty five minutes on one gallon of gas. $500 twelve years ago.
Still works, got low hours, about 650 I think.

Until gasoline gets too expensive I’m a gasser!

I was wondering if you decided to go in this direction?
I have not....yet. I reached out to Redarc and they did not have any experience with the Maverick, so I am waiting until I can get some feedback from them. I don't anticipate it's any more complicated than a regular gas vehicle, but don't know enough to risk it. Will update if / when I make the change. For now, I just installed some 12v and USB outlets in the bed panels.

Could you hook a charge circuit to the bed power? 12v I believe

I am bi-12V curious also. Got one of those oldschool batt savers that go between a starter batt and a "house" batt so you don't run starter too low. Wondering if that is enough.

Then as I'm tryna get a 4k tow Mav right now, I wonder if that kinda thing is included in the 7 pin trailer hookup, because it used to be the thing where the trailer batt could be charged through vehicle, not sure if things still work like that.

Picked up a used 1750W continuous inverter the other week. Also have a "600W" and 400W on hand. The 600W I am unsure if that's real continuous load. Things I might wanna run include an electric chainsaw. I also kinda collected a load of small solar battery saver panels and could prolly put one on every window  Low total watts though really, but be cool to bring a "house" batt back up in a day of sitting when I just used a drill or the saw for a few mins, or made a cup of coffee in my 350W machine.

The cool kids are telling me that AGM batts are "over" and that I wanna get a carbon nanny goat strawberry jello battery or something equally silly sounding like carbon nanotube gel, I forget which.

Not sure I follow. The bed has a 12v circuit prewired. Just need to connect with a factory pigtail

Yes, but it's on a 20 amp fuze. most power stations have a dc input that limits amps to 10-12. Some have dual 12v input for faster charging So if you do that you will need at least a 30 amp supply or two separate 20 amp supply circuits.

The "go to" solution for power tools is: use battery powered tools not AC powered tools.

Your Maverick, straight out of the box, no equipment added can recharge tool batteries faster than you can deplete them.

And just to be sure. You can be recharging five tool batteries simultaneously in parallel.

Hard for one person to out-run five batteries charging plus the one in your hand.

Example: six batteries is probably good for well over an hour of work. Then, you can have a fresh battery every 10 minutes after that!

Oh it's not only for tools, don't wanna be carrying a ton of batteries as well as a ton of batteries.
