update 2: consensus is condensation. Thanks all.

Update 1: No spray in bedliner

OP: Anyone have any idea what this leak could be? It’s coming from the under the front drivers side. Never been super into the mechanics of my vehicles, so I apologize for having no clue how to describe the casing it is coming from.

Picked up my hybrid yesterday and have put about 250 miles on it thus far. Just noticed this leak in the driveway. Odorless and just looks like water. Thanks.

I would guess it's not even the AC condensate, but the hybrid engine creates a lot of tailpipe condensate. Mine drops a lot of water especially on a cool morning. Short drive - the water starts dripping out the joint in the tailpipe. The hybrid cycles on and off and doesn't get the pipe hot enough to dry everything out on a short trip.

The truck's climate control computer may also periodically turn the A/C compressor on in humid weather, in an attempt to dehumidify the cabin. Even if you have the A/C button switched off (in "Vent" mode).

I'm glad I found this thread. I had quite a bit of condensation under the middle of my hybrid (warm and humid day) and I didn't have the AC on . I know the high voltage battery has it's own cooling system and it should be leaking. The odorless smell didn't leave me concern, just curious.

I was parked in the driveway for 30 minutes before it went into the garage so I don't know if was from exhaust condensation.

Hi there! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? I can look into things on my end.
