23 hybrid leaking condensation

sorry about the dark image! Just got my Mav in August and it started leaking in October. It was just a bit damp on the passenger side floor and was worse in the rain. I checked the windows and behind the glove as well as the door seal. I have seen this issue in the forums so I made an appointment and vacuumed it up a couple of times while waiting for a Ford service appointment. This morning it was a literal puddle on the passenger side floor so I'm just hoping they deal with it today. Someone said it was a cowl seal/gasket issue. I hope there isn't any mold I hope Ford fixes this issue and it doesn't keep happening.

UPDATE! After a couple of days at the dealership I just got this invoice and will be picking it up soon.
The picture is of the invoice and the mechanic/technician states:
Confirmed client complaint, found the passenger floor wet.
during inspection found water coming from above the blower motor.
removed the cabin air filter to gain access to the fire wall. found the filter wet.
removed the cowl and found the water leaking into the blower motor through the
fresh air intake hole cover.

Correction p/a new cover, will need a cabin air filter

Hope this resolves the issue and I didn't buy a lemon

Did this fix the issue? Second time my car is at the dealer for this and it's been sitting in their back lot for a few days now so I might make suggestions if they decide not to look into it.

My Mav has been in the shop for the last week. I've been using a rental while they try to dehumidify the underlay. New filter and gasket installed after a couple weeks waiting for parts.

Did you have floor mats installed and if you did, was there condensation on the top side of them from the leak as well? Or just the carpet?

Seen this issue pop up here and there and just curious how folks noticed the issue. I have TuxMats and have not seen any moisture on the passenger side but I also have no real reason to remove the passenger mat either. Going into winter I'll be checking randomly.

I have this issue and the top of the floor mats are dry, below is completely soaked. You will smell it if you have a water leak. The mold develops quickly.

What is the scenario where it develops and gets noticed? I've rarely driven in the rain with only 750 miles on my hybrid (Aug '23 build).

Is there a way I could use a hose to test?
