i think you have to go into the dealer to redeem. theyll tell you how many points its worth

Besides what has already been said I also believe the dealer you choose has to be a participating dealership.

Unfortunately no 15% off. It is either use points at full retail or order on-line with discount applied.
(Tried it already.) Used points to purchase the Built Ford Tough trailer hitch receiver that comes with a locking pin.

It might be old news to most, but any accessories shipped to your house come with a freight cost and items shipped to a dealer do not cost extra.

It was a bit of a pain for me. First parts, then service, back to parts, and finish with service. Parts was unable to use my points without service opening a ticket.

I believe fairwayfordparts.net will let you use points if you contact them directly. Their normal prices are 15%-20% off.
