How to disable TPMS?

What did people do before TPMS sensors? There a waste in my opinion. $200 at the tire shop installed.

Ha, that’s what the dealer said when I got my new winters an rims, ‘how ya gonna tell if your tires are flat’? Um… same thing I’ve been doing for 50 years, eyes and tire pressure gauge.

if you are familiar with Forscan you can disable the TPMS menu in the IPC module.

Turn it back on when you change your tires.

Did you disable the Tire Pressure Monitor in the BCM as well? I gave that a shot along with the change in the TPMS menu but I haven't tested it yet.

Yah 20mins reading the fainting lilies on their fainting couches about needing their vehicle to let them know if their tires might be going low aka how will they not kill themselves. Anyway CAN ANYBODY CONFIRM THE 2ND CHANGE IN BCM/WHAT THAT NEEDS TO BE ? for the record , nobody here is asking anybody else to copy those of us who want the TPMS dings dongs and flashing to go away. You keep yours. All
