How does the FX4 ride?

My 22, Eco. FX4 rides great,. It’s just a Ford escape with a pickup body, definitely not a work truck like my Ranger or Mazda, or Cowboy Cadillac. I bought it because of the winters,value and where I’m at now age wise.

I wouldn't call the ride in my FX4 as sedan like. It's definitely on the stiffer side of things. Not truck like either. I would think its right in the middle of car and truck.

Another thing I would like to point out is road noise. The FX4 sitting just a little higher has less road noise.

On that... My previous ride was a 2012 Escape and it sat much higher than my '22 ECO/4K/FX4.
The Maverick seems to have much less road noise than my Escape did. What I noticed in the Mav is that my Tinnitus doesn't get triggered like most of the vehicles I've owned. Typically an hour long ride would have my ears screaming. I can drive from upstate NY to FL non-stop (we do take breaks) without my ears doing their thing.
My only gripe about the Maverick is the Auto Stop Start. I try to remember to turn if off every time I start the truck. Should be able to default it to off.

I have a '22 FX4 AWD Lariat. It is very comfortable and the ride is as good as my wife's CRV. It drives almost as well as my '19 Fusion did. I love it.

I brought home a new 24 XLT FX4, LUX, 4K, CoPilot 360. Had to go to two dealers. Second got really close to what I wanted for my trade, so I took it.
x-plan took $836.00 off MSPR and $599 off the “ dealer fee” PLUS the $1000 FORD bonus cash.. Total $2435 under MSRP.
Only 45 miles so far, but no rattles.
