The one above your windshield looks to be rock chips that water & possibly winter road chimcals has gotten to and started to rust under the paint. That's going to require some decent TLC.

The bumper can be fixed with touch up paint but that all depends how handy you are.

I would take it stright to the dealership if it's under warranty that shouldn't be happening on anything this new

The bubbling above the windshield is the sheet metal rusting underneath the paint. That will need a whole strip, prep, primer, paint, etc, to repair.

I've had my Tremor since Jan 23 and for 2 1/2 years have had no paint issues. Mine is garaged and I've put a couple coats of wax on it but in my opinion there isn't any noticable difference in the quality of paint between the Maverick and all the other Ford trucks I've owned over the years.

That’s not something you’d expect from a vehicle this new. If it’s under warranty, I’d bring it to the dealership right away

Have you had your windshield replaced by any chance? Had mine damaged when the windshield was removed (along with the dash) and replaced to get into a broken weld down inside on my 88 Bronco II. Dealer had an outside company come in to remove and replace (they broke removing). A couple years later mine was starting to rust when I was having the windshield replaced again. Window place said, whoever worked on it the 1st time, damaged the paint and did not touch-up before putting in the new windshield. Went back to my dealer and come to find out, that was the same company that replaced the windshield the 1st time. They ended up paying for the repair... Windshield was again removed and the entire roof had to be repainted.

Super-cheap, thin layer of paint. I was in a vacuum stall at a car wash last week. I opened the passenger door and inadvertently let it slip out of my grasp. I sprung open just far enough to gently bump into the housing for the padlock on the vacuum unit. I heard a barely-perceptible little "thunk". The result? A gouge right down to the bare metal. Very frustrating.

Plastic bumpers will do this when they are bumped and the plastic stretches further than the paint is capable. Or scraped, because the paint doesn't stick to plastic as well as metal.
As for the windshield, yeah, something happened that allowed moisture to get under the paint. It could have been neglect when manufacturing, a missed spot (robots and machinery do the painting, so unlikely). But more likely road damage.

In my opinion, neither of these things are the result of the paint itself.
I had a '03 Sprinter, and they are well known for rust. The paint, or more likely the undercoating, was substandard or applied poorly. NO damage, but rust all around the windshield after 8 years. And I don't live in a place where car rust is a thing.
