How acurate is the delivery estimate?

For those of you that have your maverick, how accurate was the delivery estimate?

The delivery estimate in my case and others is completely inaccurate. In fact it is actually worse than getting no estimate at all. I'm on my 6th estimated delivery date. Probably depends on where you are located. I'm in Minnesota and I know that it has made stops at rail yards in Arizona, Chicago, and Minnesota.

I was told July 6th-12th delivery. When I contacted Ford at the beginning of last week they said June 18th delivery. Contacted them Friday to check if it was coming in on the 18th and they said now the 26th. I will reach out to them again at the end of this week for another statues. The thing is my Maverick has been just 2 hours away the past 2 weeks….

My estimate was jun 2-8. Showed up on 9th after estimate was changed to 12th.

I’ll have to let you know. Mine is 6/19 through 6/25. I check in with Ford Chat a few times each week (wife thinks I’m crazy). So far it’s holding steady.

your wife is right! Honestly, I just don't understand why people are so obsessed over knowing every little detail (most are incorrect) on exactly where their truck is in build and delivery process? Is this new build to order model causing some kind of mass insanity? Back when it was normal to simply go to dealer lots and check over your vehicle choices nobody ever thought/cared about the steps it took to build and deliver those cars to the lot. I'm not spending a minute of my life stressing over it now. YMMV

Mine is supposed to arrive in the same window, I guess we could compare when everything delivers.

Mine was a day off, just be happy its coming. It all depends on your location and how many trucks are available when it gets off the rails and how many vehicles they have going your way, there not going with a half load. Relax and be happy yours was built.

Both of my Mavericks arrived a week earlier than the first estimated delivery date.
One last November and one this last month (May).

so far for me, terrible. My first delivery date was June 9th. That turned into June 14th, which turned into June 19th. This morning Ford Chat just advised the new target date is June 27th. My truck was unloaded from the rail in Chicago Heights May 31st. I just want to get it before I go on vacation at the beginning of July so my dealer doesn't get any ideas about selling it out from under me because I wasn't here to take delivery. Although I am pretty sure they wouldn't do that cause I have been a customer for several years.

Mine was accurate. The estimate I was given on the email was May 10-16. Arrived to the dealership on May 10.
