Hotsopt changeover to paid issue after trial period

Hello all..

I managed to suck down the whole 3GB of complimentary data in under two weeks. I had already signed up for the unlimited plan on Tuesday, 11/30.. Once the complimentary plan ran out, I was told that the unlimited plan would automatically take over. It didn't.

Has anyone else run into this issue? Every time I try to go into the hotspot settings, it tells me that it is unavailable and to try again later. It has been that way for the last 8 hours. If it changes, I will report back..

I initially paid $25, but I was paying $15 for the same thing in my Equinox.. Time to get on the phone and haggle..

besides waiting on my Lariat Hybrid I have a new Escape Hybrid and I signed up and then they called me to reduce the price. No interruption of service. Give them a call. My grandkids love it but my wife thinks I got it to keep up with work while on the road. It can be tax deductible if you use it for work.
