Hot Wheels Maverick availability

The Matchbox moving parts are hard to find. Was it a limited edition? It is on Amazon for $35 but all the other Matchbox moving parts cars are around $15.

The Matchbox was the first Maverick I found (at a Target). Later I found a yellow Hot Wheels. I still haven't seen a blue Hot Wheels Maverick. I assume they're out of production now.

Yeah, I'm not paying that much for a $2 Hot Wheels car.

Right now, there are 52 on ebay..
About $10, if you include shipping.

I don't think the stores will be restocking. Hot Wheels are released one time and that's it for that run...

I have the Matchbox one and a yellow Hot Wheels that I got at regular store prices. I can live with those.

Actually, it was my 1st Blue one.. Bought two off of 3bay when they first became available..
(Hot Wheels - Have 1 blue, 1 yellow, 1 Area51)

EDIT: My oldest brother actually had 1 of the Corvair trucks in the late 60s. He liked it but it rusted so bad in Ohio it broke into 2 pieces one day with a load of roofing shingles in it.
