Maverick Steel Wheels, Cost? Availability?

Do you think that the wheels that come on the XL will be available to order right away? I'd like a second set of wheels I could put snow tires on for heading up to the mountains in the winter for snowboarding and winter fun. I'd rather not scratch up my XLT wheels doing that.

Look for the Bronco/Escape if you do any searches. I was going to get a set of winter tire/wheels from Tirerack but the steel wheels are backordered until the end of Nov.

I did the opposite, that is used Maverick Steel wheels on my Bronco Sport Badlands with snows. Now I have AWD plus lockable rear diff and lockable 4WD plus studded snows.

Weird… so I guess it has bigger brakes than a ranger? That’s impressive cuz I towed 7500-ish pounds with my Ranger and could turn down the brake
controller to nothing and it still stopped well

The Ranger may have larger pad surface area and better brake cooling.
