My Maverick likes to honk for various reasons that I don't understand, which is really annoying (the honking, not my lack of understanding) so I fixed the problem!

No more honking.

Mine sounds only occasionally when opening driver door from inside?

I've had that several times, and then while on a phone call sitting in the car, engine off, I opened the door and it went into major security freak out. Had to use the panic button to stop it, and then it did it again. I wish the horn was only activated the old fashioned way.

You better hope the computer isn't saving up the honks or your neighbors are going to get really annoyed when it gets plugged back in.
