In my town, I’ve seen a hybrid XLT in HPR and an Area 51. That’s it.

I saw 5 in one day and I live in a town of only 2,000 people. But it's a tourist town.

I think there are three locals that own Mavericks.

I was walking my neighborhood for exercise . I saw one drive by me. I looked to see where it was headed. I saw it stop . So I walked that way and it was parked on the street,. The owner was out in front of a house talking to homeowner. I walked by took a few snaps. They asked what I was doing . Then I explained. She said she got in almost a year ago. XL hybrid grey. Had clip on thule aero cross bars and a soft tonneau cover on back. Said zero problems so far and loved it.

Most I've seen in a day is 1...I drive 30K miles a year through multiple midwest states and have seen only 3 in 6 months!! Waiting for mine still.

Two of my neighbors have one, not on my block though.
Mine is the best one of course!

Ive seen about 4 others since they came out. Pretty rare.
Just saw a carbonized BAP Lariat at my local dealer.
Buyer bailed on it. They had it on the back lot for a week and nobody knew about it. What the……..!

They weren’t asking too much over msrp.( update, they are asking a lot over msrp) It was an EcoBoost though. It will still probably be gone by tomorrow.

They have probably a hundred F150’s though! Get ’em while you can!
My gosh there’s a lot of chrome on those things….

Two in Olathe, KS (suburb of Kansas City).

I saw 3 here in my other home town of Alamos Sonora Mexico (4 1/2 hours south of the Hermosillo plant) in one day.. All Lariats, all Eco-Boost AWD, Sunroofs, Spray In Bedliners, Cactus Grey, Oxford White, and Hot Pepper Red. A tourist town of about 13k, so all out of towners I suspect.

Just saw two more at another dealer, both used Ecoboosts.

The salesmen ask what mine is. When I tell them it is a hybrid they are surprised. Seems they haven’t seen that model much, if any.
One called it a unicorn.

Come to think of it, out of all the mavericks I have seen, I have NEVER seen a hybrid.

Whats the percentage of sales/orders between the hybrid and ecoboost I wonder. I assumed the hybrid was the most popular model.

I THINK its close to double the amount or Ecoboost to hybrids. But the demand is the opposite . Way more want hybrids.

Today. 6 months to the day in getting mine.
I spotted a black XL and a atlas blue XLT following right behind each other.
Than, now just ĝetting back into town,.. a Atlas blue hy XLT..
