So, a little bit of room in the schedule unless Ford plans the downshift in the ramp up to a third shift in July.

That said, that is still 1,600 more than my estimates through July 1. So, they may be done with June.
Could be. They probably cross train the new 3rd shift employees. So current 1st and 2nd shift employees train the new 3rd shift employees while doing their jobs. This could slow them down some in June

Highest VIN today seems to be 59,6XX, scheduling through week of June 26

Around 7700 scheduled this time.
Realistically I wonder how many Mav's they can produce after they add the third shift in July? Should be able to crack 10,000 in a month but I guess that depends on how many Bronco Sports they keep running and parts availability, etc.

Yes, It will not be 50% more as you might expect going from 2 to 3 shifts. There is only 24 hours in the day and they have to stop the line for lunch breaks. So line run time will be less than 8 hours per shift.

Yeah, in my spreadsheet, I only increased total capacity by 33%. Part of that is I wonder how much OT is currently taking place that will be offset by the third shift.

Probably about the same but they will build them in 11 months instead of 18 month for 22s.

A 725XX posted today so over 10,000 scheduled for July so far! A 3rd shift helps.
I'll be interested to see the posted numbers. You are I have different paths to the same outcome. I predicted highest VIN at 71785 but I also had only 58285 for the end of June. So, I'm barely off in total but was almost 4,000 short to start with? That seems to indicate Ford hasn't ramp up in July as in order to get to the published highest VIN in May, June, and July, Ford would be mostly flat in their production.

Right, but even with them doing 9,000 per month since the last report of production figures, I'm still 4,000 short from the reported max June VIN? Or did Ford Ford really do that entire difference the last week of November (which I doubt)?

In March they produced 9649, they probably would have made that much again in April if the factory had not been down a week. So they are probably scheduling between 9500 and 10,000 per month even before the 3rd shift.

If you look at today's scheduling a good amount is for June, not just July. So they will go back and fill in some more into months they have already scheduled if they are running well.

Even with 3 shifts, only around 87XX Mavericks were scheduled 6/15 for August production due to two of the weeks (8/7 and 8/14) not getting any scheduling. Highest VIN up to 81,2XX.

July and August have 9 possible scheduling weeks but 2 weeks the plant will be shutdown. Ford scheduled 19,4XX Mavericks during these 2 months. That works out to 2771 per week. With a 3rd shift of production, I was hoping for a little more. Maybe it's due to production ramp up with new employees.

Update...
This shady and unscrupulous dealer sold the vehicle out from under me right after it hit his lot on July 12th. I gave them a $1000 deposit on June 26th and had a confirmed schedule to pick it up from them on July 15th! They called me the next day and said Ford made an error and the truck was a build for someone else, so they could not sell it to me. Odd that the window sticker was blue, indicating it was a stock order, as green ones are customer orders (at least that was what someone had posted somewhere on this forum).
