Could be. They probably cross train the new 3rd shift employees. So current 1st and 2nd shift employees train the new 3rd shift employees while doing their jobs. This could slow them down some in JuneSo, a little bit of room in the schedule unless Ford plans the downshift in the ramp up to a third shift in July.
That said, that is still 1,600 more than my estimates through July 1. So, they may be done with June.
