Hey everyone, we've received a lot of ideas and suggestions for our new 12v air compressor. Some of you have mentioned wanting an auto shut-off function at a pre-set PSI, and we're currently working on implementing that feature.
The current version of our Tozalazz 12v air compressor operates for 15 minutes and then rests for 3-5 minutes. However, some of you have suggested a longer duty cycle. So here's the question: would you prefer a longer duty cycle, around 40 minutes, or a 100% duty cycle?
Having a longer duty cycle has a few implications:
1: The inflation speed will be slower compared to our current model, which has a flow rate of 11.65 CFM. To prevent overheating, the airflow needs to be reduced to approximately 3-5 CFM for extended working periods.
2: Achieving a 100% duty cycle would require additional sophisticated components, leading to a higher retail price, possibly around $500 or more.
Before we begin manufacturing the auto-shut-off air compressor, we would like to gather your input. Are you inclined towards a 40-minute working time or a 100% duty cycle air compressor with $500+?
Thank you very much!
