Hi all, Im new to this group. I just bought a 2024 Maverick Lariat hybrid. I’m very pleased…so far anyway. I was surprised that the Lariat didn’t have a garage door opener. No big deal but for a Lairet??? In any case I’m looking forward to seeing all the topics I have questions about.

I almost bought an 2024 Atlas Blue Maverick XLT Hybrid FWD but it was at a Dealer 230 miles away. After reviewing Hybrid Mavericks on Ford.com website, I found my 2025 Velocity Blue Maverick Lariat Hybrid AWD in transit to a Dealer 8.5 miles away.

I love my blue Maverick Lariat. Today (May 28, 2025), It has 368 miles on it with 101 miles to Empty. Not bad for a 13.8 gallon fuel tank.

Same issue. I installed a Meross controller on my garage-door opener. Now I use Alexa in my Lariat to open and close with verbal commands. Only issue is that it sometimes takes a few extra seconds for the connectivity to engage when I back out of the garage. Additional benefit is that I can control the garage door via my phone. I found the Meross device while searching for an additional handheld remote online. Just a few dollars more.

Hello Jim and welcome to the group. I own a 23 Hybrid Lariat and love my little truck. Other than the normal recall items she' been perfect in my 12K's of driving. I hope you enjoy yours the same.
