Hello all. I decided to purchase a Maverick and been lurking forum for a while learning a lot, Thank-you. I'm not in a rush so my plan is to wait for the 2025 to be officially announced. If Ford surprises us with 1 of the following a PHEV, more tow capacity Hybrid or AWD Hybrid I will wait to order an ugly 2025. If not I'll get a much better looking 2024 either off lot or prefer to order. Do you think the 2025's will be officially announced before order banks close on the 2024's?

Welcome to club. I don't think you are going to see a PHEV but perhaps a AWD hybrid.

I don't think so either, and I have time to wait for official announcement. But it has to have 1 of those 3 to consider an ugly 2025. (That after thought under headlights is horrific) I just don't want to miss opportunity to order a 2024. However there are more and more Mavericks on the lots here in Western Michigan so finding a 2024 on lot shouldn't be too hard.

You can always order a 24 now. Then after the 25 is announced decide to not take if you order a 25. If the 24 had gotten scheduled it can be canceled, but the dealer would most likely not actually cancel it and just sell it. Just make sure your dealer is ok with it, many are.
