Depends on you. But for me, I'd cut off the flappy bits and then either wear the scar with pride or get ready for body work. You'd need a plastic filler, sandpaper, primer, body color paint, and clear coat. And just that little bit there could easily take you 2-3 days with prep and drying time. Plus after a week, you'd want to buff it with compound, polish it, and finally wax it.

That little bit is a huge undertaking if you want it gone. Best bet is to find a body guy.
