Hello , one-month owner 2023 XLT everything was fine until the time change, and now my clock stops showing on the display you see a couple of lines where it used to be, I have tried resetting numerous times, and it does not appear to have the auto daylight savings option to turn on or off

I tried to change mine after daylight savings and it just goes to random times every startup.

Yes I could not find it either but I fooled it when I chose to set the time manually! I did it about three days after the time change which unlike yours just showed time off by hour. There must have been a constraint on the time chip and the "lesser of two weevils" Ford installed in your clock died. The time set is done through my touch screen settings!

thanks, I can do it manually , but when I restart the truck it's gone, the touch screen is pretty straight forward.

I ran into this as well. I turned on the WiFi and connected to the home WiFi in the garage and checked for updates, no updates but afterwards it then allowed me to set the clock when before it was just dashes and no option to set it.

on the display hit the little house symbol in the upper left corner . that is the home page. then go to settings and you will see the clock and other. go to clock and it will pop up as a large digital clock and scroll up or down on the hour part and hopefully you will be good to go. Mine is working now. not quite sure why, but I did check it was connected to my wifi and next day it was working, these things have so much computer stuff going on.

first I did it as a 24 hour clock and when I got home made sure it was connected to my wi fi. next day it started working again and I put it back to 12 hour clock . I hope it does not do this twice a year when we do the time changes.

My clock stopped working too. The clock was a bit off and I tried adjusting the time and then it froze at the new time. I turned it off and on and it went to showing --:-- I rebooted the system and it started showing a random time. But the random time was not changing. Everything else works. Just not the clock.

I will try checking the wifi. Maybe there is an update or maybe it gets the time from some server on line.

This just started happening to me yesterday! The truck sat for a week. When I backed out the camera froze until I turned the truck off, and the time was way off. Camera is ok now but the clock keeps losing time.

I had it link to my Wi-Fi and check out updates. The clock looks like it is working now.
