I just gave the Ford customer service line a call and spoke to a very sweet lady. She was able to confirm my order was put in during the first week of August and she suspects that I should get an email within the next two weeks that will include a VIN and build day! She also stated I will get a window stick for it as well! That's great news for us folk who waited a few extra months to get our orders in.

She also informed me to expect out build day to be around the middle of September early October! Fingers crossed she was right!

I think they are just trying to keep us happy. We were told that we would have a VIN within 10 days. It's been well over 2 weeks. With no scheduling this week, it will be well over 3. Pretty sure customer service knows about as much as we do, which is close to nothing.

I received my build confirmation email on 8/5 to be built on 9/20. I was the second round of build scheduling, a week after the first round. Not sure I would believe her. lol

I called Ford customer Service 4 TIMES,,,was placed on " hold for next available rep,," for AT LEASTE 30 min each time then got disconnected !!! then I got sent to a customer survey on how my experience was,,,You can imagine how that went

Does anyone know when the next scheduling dates are? I'm not in any immediate hurry, but will really need another vehicle before the end of the year.
XLT Hybrid / 360 / hitch/ in-cab outlet / spray-in....... Guessing it's gonna be the bedliner that will determine the date, and I've considered dropping it for aftermarket.....but I like the ford emblem in the bedliner. My understanding is that'll only come from the factory install.

Yeah I hear there is a delay on the spray in. You might be in for a long haul with that spray in

I misspoke corrected the post. It was order & sales codes. The women I spoke with required them to look my order up.

Oh when you call the number I listed she asked for my name and address and email to verify myself. Then she provided me with that information and looked things up.

I've got basically the exact same build as you, Hybrid XLT lux 360, Carbonized grey (might switch to alto blue) and I put my order in June 23rd and still haven't been scheduled.
