Front / rear weight distribution of Hybrid Maverick?

I’m trying to determine the Front/Rear weight distribution of the Hybrid. I live in the upper Midwest and am trying to determine traction capability in snow based on percentage of front weight. Do I upgrade to snow tires or chains. Thanks
