Front Bumper/Sensor damaged from gravel - Ford can't find part

So a gust of wind blew a bunch of gravel on my trip and took a portion of this bumper or sensor out. During a dealer service I asked if this part could be replaced but they said they don't know what to order. Anyone have any ideas? The piece that is broken is inside so I could potentially just patch it back.

I should have circled first. I am talking about the lower piece circled here.

The cover is NZ6Z17E810AA, 47 showing in memphis. The sensor inside is NZ6Z9E731A. I see 21 of those in memphis. I can't imagine you'd need the bracket but it's NZ6Z14C022A with 36 in memphis.

I believe that'd be the lower radiator support air deflector. NZ6Z-8327-A
