FORScan tweaks for a US Maverick in the UK

Made some updates to the list - changing the Country Code in the IPC module updated the TSR display to use the round UK/EU style speed limit signs (before it would read the signs no problem, but the display would show a US style sign), and went into the AS BUILT to do the seat belt display removal mod. Still having some issues getting the DRLs to work right, although I haven't put a whole lot of time into trying to run that to ground since I think the light conversion that was done on my truck might be interfering. The other issue is I can't get the TSR chimes working. Should be enabled, but no audible notifications if I'm over limit.

So I have my 23 Hybrid XLT Lux, and decided to work on getting a few of the mods working on it while I'm here in the UK. Made some changes, and I've got the following mods up and running now:

• Eco Coach
• Speed Sign Recognition
• Silent Mode
• Lane Departure Warning (LDW)
• Lane Keep Assist (LKA)
• Driver Alert System
• Seat belt startup screen removal

Made some adjustments for region as well, and enabled some tow settings that I'll loop back around to later once I tie a UK trailer electrical connector into the trailer harness (got the basic 4-pin, but trailers over here need just a couple more wires and also for turn and brake to not be the same light). Figured I'd post the complete list here so all the Mavericks that are getting imported over here have some reference to what works, and also for the FORScan gurus here to roast my work. Just waiting on the wiring manual to show up, then I'm going to look into seeing if I can come up with a less intrusive light-conversion mod for over here that isn't the hack and slash approach the local garage takes to make US vehicles street legal for the UK.

Sure feel free to include it. I do not have Copilot 360. That's the one package I would have wanted to add on if I had the opportunity, but my truck was already on the lot when I got it.

did the 2 door to 4 door change do anything? also was on 2 door from the factory?? Also what parts have you installed to enable the lane assist ?

If 2 door to 4 door changed anything, I haven't noticed. Was set to 2 door from the factory. I haven't installed anything to enable LKA, that was 100% just a FORScan mod to get it running. I want to get the switch with the button for it, just don't have the time to put towards it right now.

Where I live is basically Little America, so not too many head turns other than "it's a hybrid?" I'm also out in farm country so there are Rangers and Navaras all over the place and the Maverick just blends right in. I will say that where the Maverick really shines is driving around the villages where you're not putting the speed up over 30-40. The hybrid system kicks in and gas mileage skyrockets. Getting out on the A roads you're still doing 10-20 mpg better than anything comparable in size, and towing is a breeze with it.
