Would it be possible to download a module, do the edits on a pc and then reload the module to the vehicle.. Just asking as it is easier to work on my desktop, rather then a laptop in my car..

Technically yes it can be done but I very much don’t recommend it since it is done outside of forscan using a program like notepad to edit the .ab/.abt file then using forscan to load it. I personally wouldn’t do that unless I couldn’t edit it with forscan directly connected to the vehicle. If you are worried about dealing with a short usb cable for connecting then i recommend getting the vcx nano WiFi version which so far has worked really nicely for me for the last year but I still default to using the obd ex I have most of the time
