Forscan and XL cruise control

Wondering if I can get some insite on useing forscan . I installed cruse control with oem switches on my 2022 XL. about three years ago I used a vlinker FS USB to hook to my laptop. After downloading Forscan I was able to activate the cruse control. After a recall the dealer reset the truck to factory settings . I reactivateed the cruse without much trouble. About a year ago same thing after a recall reset by the dealer no cruse again. I didn't bother with it untill now. Forscan now says I have to upgrade to the latest version. I did. When I go in to activate the module it says I need the extended version to change things. I try to do that and Forsccan does not recagnise my OBDs hardware number to make the change. Did Forscan change or do I need another OBD adapter? Thanks for your help!

Have you updated your extended license? When you download a new version or your license expires or you changed laptops as mentioned above, you will need to update it. If it needs to be updated, FORScan will revert to a "lite" version that won't allow you to perform many of the advanced functions.

I tried to get the extended license but Forscan did not recognize my reqired Hardware number for some reason so I could not get the Extended version. Tried a few times.
