@LongMcArthur Hi Tim, enjoyed episode 24 and had a question regarding how your order type is populated with your A plan. There are a lot of us Maverick folks that have not bought a Ford or one since the internet and probably did not know about the X-plan program. Don't know about that stuff and neither did the Ford Pin rep regarding the ROVP and orderType, so sent an email. As my dealer has not been responding to emails and is 35 miles away. Plus you maybe able to reply to the email with specific stuff to ask the dealer. Anyhow, you have my permission to share the email except my personal info except my first name which is ok.

Wouldn't surprise me. Back in mid October Ford was saying if you ordered a hybrid at that time you could expect to get it in May. Ain't no way that is happening. They will be lucky to see them by mid summer. Ordering an eco boost now is doubtful.

Are people who don't have, don't need and/or don't want a cell phone (What's the technical term? Oh, I remember now.) screwed six ways from Sunday when it comes to receiving Fordpass points? I'm no Luddite but a cell phone provides no particular features which I'd ever make use of more than very marginally, if even that, and on a fixed income to boot so eschew the added expenses involved.

Also maybe you could devote a minute or three within a future video on the Fordpass program, how one signs up for it and what it does and doesn't cover.

All dealers received a couple Ecoboost at the beginning of production. It's typical that some of the first units are stock units.
