I went to the website to see if there was any movement on my truck after I got an email saying it was built. The website now says I am back at step 1

As @commadorebob noted, it's a thing, but yes very disconcerting. It happened to me too.
(In my best Russian accent) If it's coming from Siberia, at least your truck will be strong like bull.Lol, got an email this morning that my truck has shipped. Probably on rail from Siberia, but it has shipped.
Give it a few weeks. Depending on if they can go straight to Ohio or need to got through a couple hubs, it'll take some time for the train to get there. Then your dealership has to contract a carrier to ship it from the rail yard and that might take time as carriers like to be full both directions.Lol, got an email this morning that my truck has shipped.
