I went to the website to see if there was any movement on my truck after I got an email saying it was built. The website now says I am back at step 1

Known thing. Usually happens right before it gets on the train.
That's good to know. Mine just changed to built. No to wait for transport!

Lol, got an email this morning that my truck has shipped. Probably on rail from Siberia, but it has shipped.

Give it a few weeks. Depending on if they can go straight to Ohio or need to got through a couple hubs, it'll take some time for the train to get there. Then your dealership has to contract a carrier to ship it from the rail yard and that might take time as carriers like to be full both directions.
For me, it took three weeks from shipping to delivery but the owners of my dealership actually run that part of the rail yard and have their own carriers.
