We won’t need Siri, the Mav will just read our minds. Or, AI will have collected so much information on us that it will know where we are going before we do.

I use Siri via shortcut, and have a few of the commands on the action button on the new iPhone.

Interesting. I do have my garage opening and closing via Tailwind and use Siri to close it but haven’t tried Siri to start Maverick yet. I’m not real familiar with the Shortcuts app but managed to do garage closing with it.

The modular watch face is not the only face you can add this complication to. Infograph, Simple, Metropolitan are at least 3 other faces you can add the complication to.

Be nice if Ford's iOS applications team would read up on image size limitations for complications.

This is mine right now. At least you can put Ford Pass on there. My wife can’t get the Toyota app on her watch face.

That’s true it is limited. So far it has started each time. It tells you it has sent a start request and that’s about it.

If it fails to start it will inform you as “Start request failure “

Make sure to read the comments, Ford likes to screw with the API and break it every once and awhile, so it was just updated. I like to download the shortcuts they premade, then edit them to add my own verbage. A little confusing the first time but easy enough, wayyyy better than having to open the Ford App.

I left Ford a 1 star on the App store recently because of this, no reason they can't add start, lock and unlock features to shortcuts natively. Combine that with whatever reason they like to screw with the API makes it occasionally annoying. Favorite use is leaving the gym, by the time I get to my truck it has cooled down and already has the air blowing.

I have tried it and it works (most of the time) but It’s rather slow and just faster to use the fob or even the keyless entry.
