FordPass not working

The other day I noticed that my fordpass app was not connecting to my truck. It shows up but the data is out of date. The location is not right and the milage was not correct either. I had to remove the truck from the app and readd it. When I tried to do that it wouldn't display the message on the truck info screen. I waited a day and tried again. It connected and everything was good until a few days later. Its now back to displaying old data, won't lock, unlock, or remote start the truck.

Anyone else experiencing this?

yes, cleared cache, uninstalled, restarted the info system by holding power and forward buttons.

Do you have an older phone? Is your phone updated? Have you deleted the Ford Pass and then reinstalled it?

How's the AT&T coverage in your area?

Is your phone on Wi-Fi? If so, try again with it turned off. Sometimes my phone gets stupid and I have to reset its Wi-Fi connection to get it to do anything.

And to answer your question, mine is working fine. I'm on a Samsung S23 Ultra.

It used to work fine. This just started happening a couple of days ago. Doesn't matter if I have wifi on or not. My phone is up to date and its a pixel 6 so not new but not old enough to be a problem.

I can’t get mine to connect at all

I emailed my dealer and they informed me that I needed to update the Sync software to the latest version. I had to use the USB method. Once I did that the FordPass app started working again.
