FordPass Issues - Not Maverick Specific

Has anyone taken their maverick or any other ford in for their first oil change and find out that the number of points required does not line up with the 11000/11000/20000 schedule pointed out i the Ford Pass literature?.......i went to have my wife's explorer st oil changed and the "cost" the dealer requested was 19800......i showed the service manager the literature and he stated he'd never seen that info.....i asked how much the maverick would be when i come up for my first oil change and was told it would be over 20000 points due to the fact that the hybrid motor requires full synthetic.....as everyone knows, you get 42000 when you buy a vehicle and that basically is to cover your first 3 services....i've spoken to Ford Pass and they are standing behind the 11000/11000/20000 stated in the Ford Pass literature.....

i did......i got it for 11000 and they ate the remainder.....as i said, the manager or sales person had never seen that information....i have called around and there's definitely the difference between dealerships but none meet the 11000 described in the Ford Pass site.....i'm going to follow up with Ford Pass again attempting to get more clarification.....

I've only used my points for accessories, so I'm thankful I've not had to deal with this issue.

called around......lowest i got was 15300 for a 23 explorer st and that's synthetic "blend".....the service plan is supposed to cover the first 3 oil changes......from what one quoted me on my mav hybrid i won't get two.....this is why people do not care for american dealerships.....i've had much better service at dealerships that sell foreign vehicles.....

I missed out on the 11000/11000/20000 thing when I got my Mavericks. I was just told that I got 42,000 points that I could use for parts and/or service. The parts worked out great for me, especially since I got the dealer to give me 4 free services. But, even had I not got those, I would have used the points for parts anyhow.
