I've seen a few other topics similar to this here and in other places on the Internet, but it would seem that something is just a bit off with regards to my particular issue.

Here goes.

When accessing the FordPass app I can view everything EXCEPT the "connected services." Everything else works.
I can remote start, connect to my WiFi, see the mileage, setup a service appointment, etc.

The software is the latest revision, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and my wife's phone shows the same exact thing when attempting to access "connected services" We both get the ubiquitous " no connected services available" message.

I've seen threads here concerning both fuse 11 and problems with the modem, but I would think that if either of those were the issue I would have other symptoms which I do not.

Any advice or experience would be welcome.

Thanks.

I’ve had my 2023 Lariat for 20 months and I have never gotten anything other than the same message as you, no connected services available etc.
All remote services work as intended and vehicle is connected showing current status of tires and location etc.
I have no clue what “connected services” should be available other than what I’m getting already.

@V8Demon If I remember right only Ford vehicles equipped with Sync4 and 4A are eligible for the Connected Services.

My FordPass App works great - it shows a lot of recalls for not only the Maverick but other Ford Vehicles and displays a red dot for any alerts pertaining to my VIN #

I have a '25 XLT Hybrid purchased on 16 Feb 2025. Connected services are Alexa (not used) and Premium Connectivity, which says "stay connected on the go with audio streaming and Alexa." Neither of which I use.
Both expire on the 2/13/26. I guess came part of dealer add on?
I had XM radio on trial bases that has already expired. I renewed that one under an existing account.

Thanks.
You have none to display.
Hence the message you receive.
