FordPass - Cannot Schedule Start

All of my FordPass features work except for scheduling starts. No matter what I do, it just gives me an error "cannot schedule start" with no further explanation.

Anyone else have this issue, and were you able to resolve it?

Tried 3 times this morning to remote start, failed everytime.

My remote start works fine via the app. The only thing not working is scheduling starts.

Yes. Running, driving, parked, turned off, 50 miles away, 5 feet away, fuel tank low, fuel tank full, doors locked, doors unlocked.. no dice.

It worked right away and reliably on the XL I had. Not sure what is going on this time.

I just tried on my Escape and it appears to work. So, it doesn't appear to be a server issue.

I chatted with FordPass rep - they told me this is a known issue and they're working on it. To be resolved with app version 4.23, no ETA.

Do you have an iPhone? I'm not able to setup a scheduled start on my Escape on my iPhone with the latest version of FordPass.

The latest version on Android - 4.22.0 - October 4, 2022 - can setup a scheduled start. For iOS, it can only view or delete, not create or edit.

Sounds to me like they broke the iOS version only, are aware of it, and are working on a fix.

I can't get any of the features to work from my Ford Pass App. Fails to remote start, lock, unlock, nothing works. Also it shows my location being 10 miles away in the nearest town from when I was there yesterday. Im guessing it works off of AT&T. Which has very poor service in my area.

Works for me on the app using iOS. Last night I scheduled a start for this morning no issues at all.
