I’ve had FordPass on my iPhone for years and have both my Ford vehicles associated to the account. I’ve always been able to open the app on my phone and see the vehicles, remote start, view my points, etc.. when I open the app today on my phone it first shows the Ford logo, then the phone screen turns white. Once that occurs it’s locked and I have to reboot my phone in order to try again. My iPhone is the latest IOS 16.7.8. Going to the phone App Store, I see no “Update” for FordPass, only “open” the app already installed.
I was going to delete the app and reinstall, but I’m not sure if I need any info or action from a Dealer to get my vehicles reloaded.....
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?
