Oh Dear....please no, don't tell me someone is being punished for doing wrong....it's about damn time something is being done. Or should we keep handing out "participation" awards to all the participants.....smh
Ford needs to give a bit more training about the model years BEFORE they have to sell them because the options have changed and it was unclear as to what the actual options are/were when I bought my truck. I am all for punishing a salesman for lying or misrepresenting a vehicle but having to call the District Service Rep and still not getting a clear idea of what an option was or how it functioned is not something I will ding a salesman for, that is all on Ford
That's what I was thinking. The domain isn't associated with Ford, but instead using Amazon Webservices, and registered to a RDA Group.
I was actually concerned about it being a phishing email because it ended up in my spam folder. It does state my correct name and purchase time, but my spam folder is usually pretty accurate.
Okay, so I - within the time I last posted - looked up the email "vehicle quality.us" which leads to the website under IPSOS. If you look up vehicle-quality.us under reportscam.com, they have 1 report. Didn't know if this was true, so I looked up the domain, IPSOS. They are not accredited under the BBB, and have horrible reviews for many, many reasons, mainly being scamming people out of info for surveys (I don't know why?). Please do not fill anything out if you do not know it is from Ford. If you have complaints, please direct them to Ford through a known line. I would hate to see people falling into some kind of scam.
