I have a ‘23 XLT with a dealer installed trifold tonneau cover. I’m getting water in the bed when it rains, is this normal or should it be water tight?

It won’t be 100% water right but if installed correctly there should very little water coming in. Very little. I installed a Backflip myself and I did a little extra sealing. I have very little water coming in and that’s just at a couple of edges.I have a ‘23 XLT with a dealer installed trifold tonneau cover. I have had them all over 30 years none of them are water tight even the $1200 covers, you can limit the water leaks by talking a few steps, theres a video on utube from real truck on plugging all the leaks on the Maverick and it worked pretty good on my XLT FX4 all you need is some black seam sealer. I also have the ford tri fold and get just a little water under high pressure by the tailgate, theirs a seal kit for the gate area also I haven't done yet.I have a ‘23 XLT with a dealer installed trifold tonneau cover.
