I see that 4 levels are offered, which are:
Which of these would match the bumper-to-bumper warranty that comes with the truck?

You need Premiumcare to get the closest coverage. Pretty close to matching everything, and when you get the addons (Lights, rental car, key replacement), you actually have a better warranty than the 3/36 B2B.I see that 4 levels are offered, which are:

Thanks, great info. I'm looking into it!You need Premiumcare to get the closest coverage. Pretty close to matching everything, and when you get the addons (Lights, rental car, key replacement), you actually have a better warranty than the 3/36 B2B.
We tow our 2023 more than drive it, so we selected 8 yrs and 36k for $515. Bought the same for the 2024 which isn't used as much for $485. Both from @Granger Ford with light coverage and 1st day rental coverage. You need to choose your time/mileage for what you use.
These are bargains, and usually I never buy extended warranties on anything. I had one on my 2017 C-Max so when I sold the 6 yr old car, the new buyer had a 2 yr/24k mile warranty left...I got more for the car than the $905 it had cost me 6 years before, and the new buyer is well covered for a $75 transfer fee.
Just buy it within the first year/12,000 miles. Same cost as if you bought it on day 1. Ford ALSO historically has had annual price increases, but thart is another reason I bought from @Granger Ford . They were kind enough to let us know here BEFORE the annual increase came in 2023. That earned them my support (along with their great pricing). Thanks, great info. I'm looking into it!

Isn't it crazy that you would be charged tax on a service contract ?Grainger Ford and Flood Ford are basically the same price but as I found out, Grainger is in Iowa, I am in Iowa and they have to charge me Iowa sale tax, for that reason i went with Flood (NJ) no tax. I was in insurance and suggest you buy as much as you can afford and/or need, because it only counts when you are in need of ENOUGH coverage. rm
