After a couple of calls, I finally had my FordPass rewards points added to my account for purchase of my Maverick. It totaled 42,000 points but I’ve been trying since October to have them show up on my Ford accessories website to put towards a purchase. I’ve been in contact with both Ford accessories helpline and FordPass rewards helpline and have case numbers on both ends. They don’t seem to communicate with each other and the only response I’ve been getting on weekly calls is that IT is working on it. Anybody else have this issue? Was hoping to use my points before the Member20 discount for accessories ended tomorrow. The points appear on my FordPass app, but do not appear when I sign in at the Ford accessories website. I’ve tried three different browsers on my desktop and iOS through the app with no success.
