Hi Everyone. I have a question about the Ford Pass App. Once it has been activated will it continue to track your vehicle until it reaches it destination? Right now it shows my maverick at the plant in Mexico.

If you managed to get a worker in Mexico to hit the "confirm" button on your dashboard screen, then yes. If so, you are lucky since a lot of folks try that daily and there is never a time when a worker is in the car at the same time you send that "push" confirmation notice to the car asking for confirmation.

Yeah you must have been lucky enough for the worker to hit the “ok” or “connect” button. Connecting your car to fordpass requires someone to be in the vehicle to allow it.

As long as the battery is connected, it will update every couple hours or you can manually refresh it by swiping down in the app. You can even enable “journeys” to see the route it took but that only works if the vehicle is actually being driven I believe.

I received an email notification that the vehicle was activated in the app on Sunday and this was on the app.
