Ok, now I'm really concerned. I just received a build date and a VIN and there's nothing about a tow package or co-pilot there either:

If you're this concerned drive yourself to the dealer and get this resolved! The time your spending here expressing your "concerns" would be better spent at Ford getting answers.

I ordered a Lariat with the luxury package, and the required co-pilot 360, yesterday. It required a $500 deposit that the sales rep "said" was refundable. I made him write it on the receipt and sign it. Now looking at my preview order it says type: stock, priority code 80. This looks wrong. What now?
Tell them to change to retail order especially if it's a hybrid stock hybrids aren't being built currently only retail

Sorry, not trying to be an a-hole here. I know this is a big deal. But all you're getting here is opinions on what should be the correct process with Ford. But this this forum (as good as it is) don't know the people you dealt with at your dealer, and all the particulars of your situation. I just don't want you to get a false sense of security about your order if something truly did get fu**ed up.

These idiots should've provided you the DORA the day you placed your order.

Mine didn't show 4k tow also look at the photos on your scheduled for production email it should show the 4 k tow .

I mean....it looks like there could be a trailer connection there, but the render is so small and shadowed there I can't tell

I had the same concerns. Finally called Ford with my DORA number. They confirmed the order and said many of the Mav customers never received conform emails
Yes, the email system is not very reliable from what I can see. Many others received their confirmation emails from Ford when the order was placed but not the email when they were scheduled. It is hit or miss. Your dealer will be able to see it though.

Yes, it should say "RETAIL" not "STOCK" was this on your actual DORA or just a preview?

My bumper photo has a hitch and wiring hookup. Call your dealer to check.

From what I've learned from this forum is that dealers are not always (or rarely ever) right. Going to the dealer to solve the problem, in most situations, doesn't guarantee it will get resolved. It does guarantee you'll be wasting time. Some dealers don't follow this truck as much as we do here, nor do they care for all details. I had bad experiences placing my Maverick order with several dealers around me and many of them would refuse to give me a copy of the DORA. That, naturally, made me suspicious and cancelled right away. I don't know what type of game they're planning on playing at the last minute but I'm not up for it. Unfortunately, the only way to confirm an order is with DORA in hand.

Would be nice if I even got an email confirmation from Ford. I ordered 7/20. No email confirmation. I called the marketing line, and they said they have the order….so I guess I have no idea whats happening.
