Seems like they are too low to last very long. I am holding out for the Diode Dynamics fog lights, they would look better and the cost is probably similar.

Not helpful for most. You have a common theme of posting unhelpful posts. Go back to Facebook.
This isn’t Yelp, and you aren’t a qualified reviewer anyway.

Obviously I wasn’t necessarily trying to be ā€œhelpfulā€ here, but even in my suburban part of the world, that lip would be full of dead squirrels and opossums within a week. Moreover, those LEDs are going to light up and draw attention to those upward-facing horizontal surfaces that are gonna look like shit from all the rock chips and dings.

Seems like you’re mad because I recommended you utilize the plentiful pre-existing history of comments and findings on noise insulation and sound deadening instead of a lazy, juvenile ā€œbumpā€ as if that singular thread was the headquarters for noise insulation and sound deadening, and everyone was just waiting on a grand solution to be posted for the first time. Cool, cool. If you wait there and keep bumping it, people will come and spoon-feed you the answer, I guess. Good luck. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

I am the original poster of this and i didn’t mean for any back and fourth bullshit I was honestly curious if anyone had one installed or messed with anything like this. I like the look and do agree it would eat up all kinds of critters and in the area where I grew up a large pinecone would destroy it. I know it’s not everybody’s cup of tea. I am looking for more of a mini truck look in town and this is just one piece of the puzzle. I am not fond of 3M taping body kits to vehicles and was just curious if anyone had messed with something like this. It is available with and without lights. I am not sure about mounting though. I have been interested in a wide body kit but no one seems to have one and the ones that people were starting to make there is no updated info on them.

Ha. Sorry to derail your thread; I didn't expect to get unsolicited feedback from a butthurt member of the peanut gallery.

Some forum members have used these products, but they are definitely more expensive than the one you posted:

https://www.airdesignusa.com/us/vehicles/ford/maverick.html

I think the lights in the lip would be problematic for the reasons I mentioned above, regardless of your driving environment.

I wonder what ever happened to this?

Yeah I sent the member that got his truck done a message. They said they were about to post about it. I sent the company a message about the 2025’s I’m curious about a setup like that for the Lobo.

You’re clearly a fun forum member. I’m so glad you joined the pack late.
