Ford maverick hybrid 18k miles check engine light

I'm lost doesn't make sense. Brakes and exhaust don't go together.

That's what I was saying but Ford put them together so it would be hard to get a custom exalted

Hello everyone today my ford maverick hybrid check engine light came on and won’t turn off the truck has 18k miles I bought it almost one year ago anyone have ideas of whats wrong with it

If you don't have a meter then go to AutoZone and let them read the code for you so you can know what the issue is. Or else take it to Ford and have them do it for you. As long as the check engine light is not flashing on and off but is on steady, it's not a serious problem but should be attended to. No one on this forum can do anything but arm chair quarterback guess and speculate on what the OBD codes are so that will just lead you down a dark path.
