I didn't purchase it either. My copy is dated June 15th 2022 and I got it from a member on here who linked to a different file sharing site. I don't remember their name or even the name of the thread with the link.

The reviews on their site seem to suggest they request feedback before the transaction is complete, very short response, or that the formatting is poor.

Yes, last bought in 2024.
Info is the same as buying a 3 day Ford subscription which requires saving each & every page separately.
There are a few system diagrams that didn't display that can be seen online at Ford, like:

The manual just showed the diagram number, not the diagram.

Unless they've changed since 2024, I like the manuals compared to one of the flat PDFs I've seen.
I don't recall giving any feedback to them, so that is different

I don't know if its against the rules to post or not, but I've shared the nearly 14,000 page ~550mb service manual PDF via DM to a number of members here. I don't recall where I found it, but happy to share if anyone needs it.

edit: the manual I have is for the ecoboost. I am sure there are many similarities to the hybrid, part numbers, etc. so any hybrid owners are welcome to it; just know that its an EB service manual.
